Central Florida Holiday Prom

The Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers is pleased to invite you to our FAMB Holiday Prom on December 13th, 2005 at the Shrine Auditorium.

The festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 11:00 p.m. Dance music will be provided by the Cotton Davis Band, and there will be a cash bar.

Attorneys target Option-ARMS, Interest Only

In a recent article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the editor responds to a readers inquiry about an Option ARM with a pre-payment penalty. Later in the article, a consumer attorney specializing in predatory lending is interviewed. His comments are very sobering for anyone selling these products.

Although this article originates in Pennsylvania, be certain that Florida consumer attorneys are also marketing for borrowers who feel like they got a raw deal.
