Fall Golf Photos

Our Fall Golf Tournament on November 5 was a huge success. We were worried that the course might have taken some damage with the 3 hurricanes that hit Central Florida this fall, but Earnest from Winter Springs Golf Club said, "Hurricanes got nothing on an FAMB golf tournament."

Because our sponsors are such an important part of our chapter, and contribute so much to the success of our meetings and special events, we have formed a brand new committee to address the needs of these valuable members. This committee is being chaired by our chapter Vice President, B J Simoneau. Those who have sponsored meetings and/or events in the past will be the first to tell you that sponsoring greatly enhances broker members' awareness of their companies. In other words . . . it is money well spent.

November 11, 2004, J.D. Power and Associates, a global marketing information services firm, released the results of their 2005 Home Mortgage Study. The Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers were pleased with the outcome which reflected that those customers who used a broker tended to be substantially more satisfied. The study stated, "Brokers appear to perform significantly better in meeting customer expectations."
